I’m the owner of Braver Therapy and Life Development, LLC. Growing up in the mountains, I’ve experienced both the joys and challenges of this environment. I’m not just a therapist. I have sat in the other seat. I know what it is like to struggle, to feel stuck, and to search for a way forward. I have been through the cycle myself. I see the pull of old patterns, the isolation, and the moments when it feels like nothing will ever change. That is why therapy with me is not a chore. It is a real conversation between two people, not a clinical checklist. I work with individuals, couples, and families, helping them navigate anxiety, addiction, relationships, and life’s toughest moments. I have trained in EMDR, Gottman Level 1, Prepare and Enrich, and CCAR Recovery Coaching. I also hold an EMT-B certification, but my most significant qualification is understanding. I know what it is like because I have lived it. Therapy is not just about processing emotions. It is about building a life where you do not have to fight to survive daily.
